Welcome to Vogoo.ai at vogoo.ai. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Vogoo.ai's website, applications, downloads, documentation, and browser-based AI video, image, and audio generation services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Vogoo.ai provides browser-based access to Vogoo AI workflows, including text-to-video, text-to-image, text-to-audio, image-to-video generation, reference-guided creation, downloadable outputs, and credit-based usage. Features, limits, and availability may change over time. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Account Creation: Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it up to date.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
User Responsibilities: You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, billing information, and all activity that occurs through your use of the Service.
All content, workflows, code, documentation, design, and interface elements provided by Vogoo.ai are protected by intellectual property laws. Vogoo.ai (vogoo.ai) and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted.

If you upload reference images, videos, or audio, you confirm you have permission to process that content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
The Service may be billed through credits, subscriptions, or other plans. Pricing may vary based on features, generation settings, or usage volume. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account and selected plan. We may change pricing with prior notice where required by law.
Immediate delivery of digital content. Credits are digital content that is delivered to your account and becomes usable as soon as your payment succeeds. By completing a purchase you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply to digital content supplied before the end of a cooling-off period.
Consumed credits are final. A credit is consumed when it is applied to a generation task that completes successfully. Once any credit from an order has been consumed, that order is not refundable. Outputs not matching your expectations is not a defect: AI generation is probabilistic, and variation in results is a characteristic of the Service.
Subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not refund the billing period already in progress, and your plan stays active until that period ends.
Refunds are issued only in the limited circumstances set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Circumventing free generation limits through multiple accounts, or initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support about a billing error, may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated through Vogoo.ai for personal or commercial purposes according to your selected plan. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, references, and outputs comply with law and do not infringe third-party rights. Vogoo.ai does not guarantee that outputs are free of intellectual property, likeness, regulatory, or other restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, non-payment, or service abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific output quality, latency, compatibility, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vogoo.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vogoo.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vogoo.ai is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the competent courts or through arbitration in that venue, as permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on vogoo.ai. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
